In the article,it says that Germany is adjusting to the election of Trump like their allies across Europe and Asia. But when they say "adjusting", its not really considered adjusting like accepting but adjusting as in "finding another way across the bridge". It states that Germany is particularly reliant on the U.S for support such as security, military, and economy but due to all these changes Trump are making, they're no really sure how long they can comply. Although there are many popular moments and and cultural activities such as protest and peaceful riots about any policies that feels like a threat toward Germany or any other allies. Germany feels comfortable about these protest because they feel as if other countries will join in to remove(impeach) Trump out of the office.
I feel as if these peaceful protest against Trump is a smart idea, but not just smart but safe. People coming together and expressing their feelings and beliefs on the election of Trump in order to stop him from trying to "reverse history" is going to make a big change. He's trying to cut off all our allies and communication and have the U.S in a "black hole". I'm not sure about what he's thinking and what's his plan but it is starting to become a huge problem, not just in the U.S but internationally.
The protest can open up the government eyes and see that not only is the U.S election is effecting the people in the U.S but the world as a whole which isn't a good sign in the beginning of his term. Trump is considered a "threat", and we don't know how long it's going to be until their are some decisions made which could/would change our future forever.
